After a successful career as a speech language pathologist, advocating for children and helping families navigate the education and health care fields, Susan decided to follow her passion for real estate after selling her own house in North Wilmington. Whether sitting down with clients at the initial appointment to share key information on client rights/duties, or teaching a first time home buyer what to expect during the home inspection process, Susan is always educating and advocating for her clients. Her knowledge of the market, client-focused approach, and ability to foster open communication have earned her the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

 

Susan’s desire to help people drives her business. She takes time to get know her client’s needs and in turn, develops long-lasting relationships. Whether a first time home buyer, a senior looking to downsize, or a family desiring to move to a larger home, Susan will be there guiding the way. Intentionally keeping her clientele small, Susan is able to provide the personalized service that clients deserve and expect. She is proud to have been recognized by Delaware Today Magazine, Top Real Estate Agents, 2022. She holds the designation of Pricing Strategy Advisor.

Susan relocated from Maryland nearly 30 years ago to start her family with her husband. She has served on the Jr. League of Wilmington, participated in league tennis, volunteered at church, as well as Meals for Wheels and Read Aloud Delaware. She currently serves as a representative for her community association. When not actively involved in real estate or volunteer interests, Susan enjoys spending time with family and friends boating, biking and traveling.
