Hi I'm Nick! Think of me as your personal 24/7 real estate tour guide. My goal is to use my expert knowledge as a Delaware native to keep the home buying and selling process fun while making sure you get the best price possible.

While you might be up at night dreaming about your new home, I'll also be up double and triple-checking that everything in the transaction is running according to schedule. And if there ever is a hiccup, I'll be there to see it's fixed.

So what do I do when I'm not helping people find their dream home? Glad you asked! I'm a fitness junkie so you can usually find me hanging out in the gym or cooking up something tasty in my own kitchen for my wife. And if I'm not there, I'm usually out back playing with my energetic pittie pup, Shy.

Oh, did I mention that I speak investor? I invest in small multi-family properties in Wilmington and have done some house-hacking. I love discussing investing, especially over some Brew HaHa! coffee
