A member of both the New Castle County Board of REALTORS® and the Sussex County Board of REALTORS® allows Karl to provide his services from Wilmington to the beaches.

In his time outside of work, Karl enjoys volunteering with Serviam Academy and DRFC, playing golf, traveling, attending concerts, and sporting events. Karl resides in Wilmington with his wife Nancy and two daughters, Maddie and Emma.
