About Cathy Matthews
Welcome! I am Cathy Matthews, a full-time licensed real estate professional. I have been with Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, located in Delaware, for more than 10 years and I could not have found a better or more honorable company for which to work.
I graduated in 1986 from the University of Delaware - GO HENS! I spent 15 years in property management, another 17 in the event planning industry, and decided that I wanted to do something I love so I chose real estate. I am extremely passionate about helping my clients in every way I can.
As a real estate agent specializing in residential properties, I bring abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience, and knowledge to my work. I am very detail-oriented and provide ample direction in all my transactions so that when we get to the settlement table it is as smooth as possible.
