Tricia really could see what the house had to offer, even under rugs and boxes! She gave us suggestions of what to do to make the house show its best side. She explained about how the current buyers market works now, how buyers usually shop online before going to see a house. She also explained how the current buyers very often are asking for settlement help when making an offer. We would never have seen that coming! Tricia was in touch with us all through out the 2.5 months we worked with her; always available to come over to the house if we had concerns about something, returned texts, emails and phone calls promptly. She patiently explained the paperwork needed to complete for listing: disclosure, what is included and excluded in the sale and the timing of how things would work.
