Hi, I’m Gianfranco—a lifelong Delawarean, born and raised in Newark and now living in Bear. I’m full of energy, and passionate about helping people find more than just a house—I want to help you find a home that feels right from every angle: financially, emotionally, and communally.

I studied economics at the University of Delaware and worked in interior renovations and roofing sales before diving into real estate. That hands-on experience means I understand both the bones of a house and the market forces behind it. I’m not just here to unlock doors and point at countertops—I stay on top of market trends, analyze the data, and help you make well-informed decisions, whether you're buying, selling, or investing.

What really drives me is the bigger picture of housing—how neighborhoods grow, how communities are built, and how the spaces we live in shape our lives. As someone from an immigrant background, originally from Peru, I also understand the unique challenges many immigrant families face when navigating the housing market.
