As a native Delawarean and graduate of the University of Delaware, I have the area "know-how" to help you navigate the local market. In addition to Delaware, I hold licenses in Pennsylvania and Maryland ensuring that I can personally provide my customers with access to a wide-range of homes and locations.

Professionally, I've completed advanced training as a Broker Associate and hold the designations of CRS and e-Pro, distinctions held by less than 4% of all REALTORS® nationally. I'm also a proud supporter of the Blood Bank of Delaware, Faithful Friends and Compassion International.

What is a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist is the highest credential awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. This designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977, the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. There are currently only 35,000 active CRS designees nationally.

REALTORS® who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees:
- Are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and
minimize costs when buying or selling a home
- Subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics
- Have access to the latest technology
- Have exposure to superior educational opportunities

What is an e-Pro?
Only 4% of all REALTORS® hold the e-Pro certification which is offered exclusively through the National Association of REALTORS®. Graduates of this course have the tools and expertise needed to provide superior quality and innovative, online-based real estate services. This designation is specifically tailored to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home.
