New Castle County, DE

New Castle County experienced a 4.1% decrease in the number of sold homes for the fourth month of 2024 compared to 2023 and a 8.9% increase in the median sales price from $314,000 to $342,400. The number of homes that went under contract in the 4th month of 2024 increased 1.1% from 2023.

 

Kent County, DE

For the 4th month of 2024, Kent County experienced a 9.5% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2023 and an 11.7% increase in the median sales price from $300,000 to $335,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the fourth month of 2024 decreased 3.0% from 2022.

 

Sussex County, DE

For the fourth month of 2024, Sussex County experienced a 2.2% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2023 and a 0.4% increase in the median sales price from $448,000 to $449,990. The number of homes that went under contract in the 4th month of 2024 increased 1.3% from 2023.

 

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County experienced an 0.4% increase in the number of sold homes for the fourth month of 2024 compared to 2023 and a 10.6% increase in the median sales price from $497,500 to $550,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 4th month of 2024 increased 1.6% from 2023.

 

Cecil County, MD

For the 4th month of 2024, Cecil County experienced 9.8% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2023 and a 6.3% increase in the median sales price from $320,000 to $340,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the fourth month of 2024 increased 10.7% from 2023.
